RecommendedMy fiancé and I have been living in Calabria since March 2020. Jesus, the property manager is amazing! He is really nice and super approachable. We searched for months for a place that met our requirements and Calabria had the best price in Orange County! The complex is quiet and clean. I feel safe because it is gated with security cameras throughout the premises.

RecommendedThey really are the best apartments I have ever lived in. They are very clean. The managers are very attentive to their apartments and they have a very competent staff to fix the problems. A couple of weeks ago I had a problem in my apartment, something electric that was failing, they sent a very kind and efficient man in his work his name is jesus gilberto quiroz he is a very kind and very capable person

Not be so driven to just kick out a tenant cuz of their girlfriend has bipolar/mental health issue even to the point that rent cant be paid to them online nor in-person especially during this COVID-19 crisis.

RecommendedAlysse/manager & Jose Cortez with the maintenance team once again performed an excellent job replacing the fan over the stove and my closet doors sticking, nice to have professional service come in and get the job done. only waited one day!
RecommendedI had no hot water and the company sent Jose Cortez. I’m pleased to say that with everything going on he came well prepared with his PPE and made me very comfortable. He was very efficient with his work. And I highly recommend Jose Cortez.
