UPDATE- Finally able to get this taken care of, for anyone that buys a warranty— pay cash. If you do payments and cancel early you will have issues. —— I have not been able to obtain the refund I am entitled to for a warranty I purchased on a car I no longer own. Both the contract and state law specify that I am due a pro-rated refund. However, the finance department has been impossible to reach, and each time I call I am sent in circles without any resolution. The place smelled strongly of incense, and the air conditioning wasn’t working well, which made it uncomfortable. On top of that, the music was played so loudly that it became distracting during the car-buying process — a time when you really need to focus and be on your A-game. It was our first time buying a used vehicle and Kenny did a phenomenal job answering any questions we had so that we can make the best decision on what we were looking for in a vehicle.
