Bait and Switch, called on a specific car, got a call back from LARISA she said it was available made the appointment, when I arrived they sat me down at a desk and told the car had been sold a month ago and they didn’t know why it was listed on their website, then tried to sell me a new car after I told them no I’m paying cash, tried again to sell me on a new car, told them I can’t finance if I’m unemployed and still asked how my credit was, what part of unemployed did they not understand. Don’t get jerked around by these guys! Drove my girl out to see a car, she spoke to Larisa confirmed it was available made an appointment to see it, left work early and drove over an hour to see it just to find out it was sold over a month ago, bait and switch! Then tried to sell her a new car, fully knowing she wouldn’t be able to make monthly payments and wanted to pay cash, they don’t care about the customer just their commission! Get proof the car is actually there before you waste gas and time driving out there!
Sales person just felt rushed to sell me a car. Didn’t bother asking what I was personally interested in, and just assumed what car I wanted Lol.
