Kinda funny, the other day I came to see if they could see my son with a Pediatrician at the other clinic. The assistant was on the phone with a patient and they were full TMI. I don't know why she was on speakerphone, there's no need to hear all the business and what doesn't happen anymore. I had a chuckle and cover my son's ears a few times.
going to dr visits makes me nervous, let alone getting my blood drawn, but Julie the MA made the visit so much better and smoother. Her positive attitude makes for a pleasant and welcoming environment.
Julie the medical assistant is always gentle and patience with me when taking out blood. I love this clinic. P.s.I don't like to get my blood taken out but Julie puts me at ease.
I don't know what the other reviewer are saying. They were properly late for an appointment or a walk in. When I have my appointment I come 10 min early, they attended me, they offer me water and it's very clean and organized. I appreciate the front desk, the MA, and Doctor. • Professional • Friendly • Patience • Cleanliness • Quite • Understanding I haven't gotten any issue when I get my appointment. 5 out of 5
