Doug was a pleasure to work with. These vans are pretty complicated and he guided us through all the options. Knowing the builder of our unit is literally a phone call away is a great benefit. He took our brand new promaster and transformed into a vehicle we dreamed about. Highly recommended!
We love our van from Downeast! Doug is a great guy - kind and knowledgeable and passionate - and we love the aesthetics and function of what he and his team created, including some very clever hacks (fitting in a medicine cabinet, fabricating a rock solid TV rack that disappears when not needed, etc.). Looking forward to many, many years with the rig.

Great communication and willingly to help when the heater went down in the van even though they weren’t the original installers. Grocery knowledgeable as well
