Ordered an oil skin duster. They sent the wrong one, and refused to pay to have it sent back. Updated: They were able to contact me and work towards a fix. Apparently their Amazon connector is not working correctly. Will update again once everything's resolved.
Is it even possible to say enough good things about a store that looks out after the customer? I went in there looking to buy several items to find out that I didn't need everything. How awesome to find a place that treats you right. You have just made a customer for life. You guys rock! Keep up the good work. Thank you so much for a great experience.
Just got off the phone with them, haven't even bought anything yet and I am completely sold. Helpful, warm, friendly, practical, educational... We're looking for tack for my 14 year old son for Western Dressage competition, and I got guidance on saddle size, fit, pads, everything. I could probably buy cheaper on sale somewhere else, but I just saved as much by not buying the wrong thing, and saved about a thousand dollars worth of frustration, all with one phone call. :)

I recently purchased the Exmoor Close Contact english saddle and I love the way it fits my horse. He is a short-backed Arab with narrow withers so it makes saddle fitment very difficult.One very satisfied customer! So happy!☆☆☆☆☆
People...let me tell you, Lance, in Customer Service, Down Under Saddle Supply, is the most helpful and knowledgeable person you will find in any saddle department. My saddle is as important to me as my car...let's just put it that way. Lance went over and beyond to answer my questions & to find a saddle that I was looking for.
Randy and I after weeks and weeks of looking for the right fit for a saddle for Indiana Jones, we went to the Down Under Saddle Supply and was helped by Ricki who had such knowledge on what we needed, we were fitted for the right saddle and tomorrow I will be able to ride Indiana Jones where is back will not feel pressure or pain for a too small a saddle. I am very impressed with the service we had and will be going back for other supplies. What a great store!!!!!! Billie Behymer
