A great outfit with quality products and superb customer care! I ordered a Kimberly Saddle for my very hard-to-fit Morgan Mare. Initially, they sent the wrong saddle. (Sent a hornless-- I'd ordered one with horn.) But they paid return shipping , and sent the correct saddle the next day--and also did a great job of doing some extra adjustments to the felting to be sure the saddle fit. I love this saddle! Its so beautiful and so comfortable! The company was awesome to work with- quick to answer my questions and emails, reasonable prices. Saddle came super quick in the mail. Super cool they can custom fit my horse with photos, information and a wither tracing. I hate buying saddles but this process was simple and eased my mind to know I'd have a good fit the first time. I would order from them again in a heart beat! I can't wait to hit the trails this summer!
I have a 10yr old saddle from here for my Arabian, and I still love it! It is a wonderful saddle and the people here are great to work with. I have never had a problem.
