At Down to Earth Dental, Dr. Subedi and staff provide excellent care in a thoughtful and personable environment.
Don't ever go here. They started my teeth-straightening treatment and never once checked on me in person, nor did they ever tell me about the retainer I was supposed to wear afterward. When things went wrong, they promised they would fix it and refund me, but they never did. To make matters worse, Dr. Prato was apparently in Minnesota or the Philippines, and the managers and front desk completely avoided my calls. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
Everything was explained well
They were able to get me in quickly for an urgent appointment. Dr. Song and his assistant were warm, friendly, and super helpful. This the first time the dentist actually listened to my concerns and told me "I will do whatever you choose" but he made sure I fully understood all of my options. Karen in the front office is also amazing. I don't have insurance and like anybody, I was concerned with how to pay for it. Dr. Plug and staff helped me with a root canal and were very professional and got me in and out quickly. And accommodated me being a walk in! 10/10
