They are very kind, considerate, and good at what they do. I had to put my cat, my best friend down last year with them and they gave me all the time I needed before and after the process and had affordable cremation prices. I really wouldn't go anywhere else in the world.
I've been going here for over 20 years. First with my parents and our family dogs and now with my own, and I wouldn't trust anybody else with my baby. The staff is unbelievable and always goes the extra mile to make sure that not only is your pet taken care of, but you are as well. In one instance, we had to put down my moms favorite dog, and they gave her a lot of comfort while explaining what to expect, and then left her a box of tissues and said she could stay with her dog as long as she wanted. The staff here is INCREDIBLE. They are warm, professional and most importantly, they know their stuff. My dog is still with us today because of the knowledge and compassion of these folks. 5 stars is not enough!!
