Our dog Boston loves his vet visits and gets so much love from the staff at Down Maine Vet. They took him on a Sunday off hours and helped stitch up his cut pad on his paw. Great practice!!
Listen to your customers. They know their pets and if they are not well. Don't let your egos close your minds. Stop over charging, if you do your work correctly - the customers will come.
