I've had my fair share of GPs. None have been able to rival the thoughtfulness and care of these two.
I've been with Drs. Down since I was born. They've always been kind, caring, and approachable. P.S., the other reviews about the receptionist are out of date. There is a new receptionist working now who is great.
Great Doctors! Awful receptionist. Not sure how she holds down any sort of customer service job with her poor, rude and abrupt way of speaking to people.
Drs Hugh and Karin Down are outstanding thorough doctors. They were amazing when we had our son, now 14 and continue to be exceptional that many years later. While their receptionist may seem very abrupt at times she is very kind and as accommodating as possible.
