We paid for insurance on my moms hearing aids since she is older. Sure enough, she lost one. Applied for the insurance and the company sent the money back to Down East and they kept it - wouldn't give it to us in spite of our attempts to to rightfully collect it. I wouldn't recommend this place for nothing.
