The chicken was great the sausage was so so the brisket was a little dry... but the beans were excellent!
Best BBQ I had in a longtime. I will be back soon.
Best BBQ around. I drive 60 miles to get it! I met the owner yesterday and what a great story of a small town local business. You won't be disappointed!

We were in town shopping and looking for some real BBQ. Found it at Brister's Smokehouse Great food, the brisket was very good. Had the 3 meat plate with baked beans and potato salad. Highly recommend, excellent value!
