I got lunch from here today!! Was my first time eating here and it was wonderful!!! I will definitely be making the trip from Monroe and bring my husband to eat here!!!
We love Brister’s. Haven’t found anything yet we don’t like. Great ribs and brisket!
Tasteless, dry chopped beef brisket, beans tasted like VanCamp's from a can, potato salad ok, nothing special. Was not asked if I wanted more sauce. The Texas toast was a little tough tasting also. Does not compare to other places around the area.

Good service, excellent food.
Unfriendly staff: I asked for a turkey sandwich (made like a burger) explained I would like lettuce and tomato. They don’t do typically do this. The clerk asked manager who responded I could buy a salad and make it myself. The lack of customer service will likely lose my business.

I would not recommend eating here. The restaurant was dirty. Staff was less than friendly. Food left me and my wife feeling sick for the next 12 hrs so far. For the price I would also expect something other than styrofoam plates and plastic utensils. I find that since moving to the new location service and food quality has declined significantly.
