My husband has never been a big fan of bbq but Friday I (begged) introduced him to BBQ Nachos from Brister’s. The very next day HE asked if we could come back for another round. The brisket nachos is one of the best things I’ve ever tasted.
Today was our 1st visit; will definitely be back! I got the scatterload on jalepeno sourdough OH MY!! I am picky about my potato salad and baked beans but these were perfecto!

I stopped in yesterday and got the 3 meat plate. It was the best BBQ I've had. The brisket was juicy, the chicken fell off the bone and the sides were great too. Will definitely be going back!
