Dowd responded same day I called. Actually worked me in after hours. The problem turned out to be a faulty blower motor which was still under warranty. The next day Dowd came out and installed the new motor (working me in after hours again). We are extremely pleased with the professional service received from Dowd and their willingness to get our problem fixed as quickly as possible. While working on my furnace, I also asked if he could go ahead and perform the fall check out of the furnace which he was happy to do.
I’m new to the state of Oklahoma and never dreamed that I would have to call a repair company within a month of being here and with a brand new system. But, I’m so glad that I called this company! I was given an appointment within a day or so and the repairman was so nice even under my stress! In the future, I hope not too soon, they will be who I call!
Dowd Heat & Air was able to come out almost immediately after I called about my AC not blowing cold air. They were able to fix it on the spot and their price was very reasonable. I’ve used them several times in the past as well and have always been very pleased with the level of service. Highly recommend.

When we were getting estimates for more attic insulation, one of the companies discovered that we had a return air duct in our attic that had come completely apart. The technician that Dowd sent out did a great job of putting it back together. It was a VERY hot day, and the attic was VERY hot. He had to get some supplies, but he did a thorough and complete job.
