Called Dowd at 3pm today (113° heat index) when my central h&a suddenly stopped working, and by 4:30 Brian the technician arrived, and by 5:30 he had repaired the unit. He was courteous, professional and efficient. Outstanding service & showed a high sense of urgency, along with a final fair price. Will definitely call them again in the future when needed.

We had a great experience with Dowd! They were able to come out same day, their technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He got our system up and running within an hour for an affordable price.

My technician was fantastic and friendly. He got the job done within 2 hours and I’m VERY HAPPY that I have AC again. Very pleased with the work he did. I’ll be happy to spread the word for you guys! Great job!

Brian, was on time and once introduced. Went straight to work. There was a rest button that was tripped. And although the unit came on, Brian investigated to find the reason it was tripped. The fan unit was really hot after only a few minutes of being on. This was the problem so we opted to replace it. Brian, had a new unit on his truck, replaced the old unit with the new one and put everything back together she started right up. Thank you Brian!!! Great job. The Bradleys

Dowd heat & air always sends out well trained service technicians. Today was no exception. Devin did a very thorough inspection & cleaning of our three units as well as replacing our filters. Last summer we had a return air duct come apart. The service technician worked hard in 100 degree heat to repair it. I highly recommend them for any repair or maintenance of your systems.
