Brian, was on time and once introduced. Went straight to work. There was a rest button that was tripped. And although the unit came on, Brian investigated to find the reason it was tripped. The fan unit was really hot after only a few minutes of being on. This was the problem so we opted to replace it. Brian, had a new unit on his truck, replaced the old unit with the new one and put everything back together she started right up. Thank you Brian!!! Great job. The Bradleys

Dowd heat and air installed a Rheem heat pump with a gas furnace for backup. The installation process was first rate and completed in a professional manner. Price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Dowd heat and air.

Incredibly disappointed at my booking process. My two stars go to the very helpful receptionist, but other than her, the company’s inability to contact the technician when he is an hour and a half late and then arguing with me that he is “right around the corner” is disingenuous, at best. When you’re having A/C issues on a 90 degree day, the last thing you need is to be double booked or guilted.

We had a full HVAC system installed (AC and furnace), and the experience was excellent. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. The technician was professional, friendly, and very patient throughout the entire process. The installation was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Everything is working perfectly. Highly recommend!
