Called Dowd at 3pm today (113° heat index) when my central h&a suddenly stopped working, and by 4:30 Brian the technician arrived, and by 5:30 he had repaired the unit. He was courteous, professional and efficient. Outstanding service & showed a high sense of urgency, along with a final fair price. Will definitely call them again in the future when needed.

Great service all around, from the front office to the technician. Scheduling was easy and they got me the day I called. Brian the tech was courteous and professional. He fixed the problem with my AC in less than an hour (failed cap). The price I was charged was reasonable. I highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Dowd! They were able to come out same day, their technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He got our system up and running within an hour for an affordable price.
