This guy is Amazing. He saved my left arm from a skateboard accident I had been skateboarding over 40 years without ever breaking a bone. But I broke my left arm into 23 pieces they said it looked like the world trade center collapsing . I went to 2 other surgeons who said my arm was unfixable that Isould not get surgery and let my arm stay in a sling forever. But MR Dowd rebuilt my arm !!! Last May 5, 2017, I lost my balance and fell hard on a linoleum floor, fracturing my elbow. Fortunately, I was referred to Dr. Dowd @ the UCLA Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Dowd performed the surgery and did an excellent job repairing my elbow. I found Dr. Dowd to be very smart and knowledgeable, as well as attentive and responsive; answering all my questions.
