Very disappointed property manager tells you one thing and does something completely different. Likes to keep deposit and blame it on make ready likes to make claims about perfect property when tenant move-in house, but house is under par..
I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency here. It feels like they prioritize application fees over actually placing tenants. Despite houses being vacant for months, they are unresponsive and dismissive. I’d advise looking elsewhere if you want a company that communicates fairly and professionally.
Horrible leasing company and no communication what so ever! If I could give negative stars I would, AVOID THE HEADACHE and choose a different company!

Terrible. Simply terrible. Doesn't return phone calls or emails. Ridiculous. Avoid at all cost!!
