The woman who sold the couch to me was incredibly helpful and patient with my impatient kids. They delivered it exactly a week later which was really nice. They quoted me a time of between 12-2 for delivery, I was expecting closet to the 2 range and they showed up around 11:30, so I was ecstatic! Friendly and professional delivery guys, they were very quick too. I highly recommend Dow!

My buying experience was better than expected. I found really nice furniture and helpful staff. The delivery was exactly as scheduled and the guys were wonderful. They assembled my power reclining sofa and showed me how to do it. They put it in the room and made sure I was happy before leaving. All staff I dealt with were friendly, courteous, and very helpful. I will shop there again.
