Our experience with Dow Furniture was so close to 5 stars. From the shopping to delivery, the sales staff, management and delivery men were courteous and professional. The only reason we gave 4 stars is because we did experience a lack of communication and confusion regarding actual delivery. Ours took considerably longer than what we were originally told and the delivery information differed amongst the sales staff we spoke with as well.
