I purchased $3000 worth of furniture on January 30th. Im still waiting on my items after being told day of purchase it would be 2 weeks. Called this past weekend to be told it would be in early this week. I called today to check the status and I got the rudest woman I have ever talked to (Kathy I believe her name is). We always buy our furniture at Dows, and they always stand by their customers. They replaced our mattress that had sunken in areas with a beautiful new Beauty Rest yesterday, free of charge. Now that's customer service! Thank you :)
