I am a very picky person and wanted a specific bed frame and with lots of looking around & looking through the catalogs they had, I got exactly what I wanted! I forgot the guys name that helped me, but he was wonderful and patient with me! I cannot wait to get my new mattress & bed frame next week 😍 thank you Dows!!!

We ordered a chair from Dow’s in December and we are thoroughly disappointed by our experience. After calling to check in on the order numerous times past the timeframe when they said it would be ready, the chair finally arrived for pickup 5 weeks later. We drove 45 minutes to pickup the chair just to find out that they ordered the incorrect color.
