I recently had an issue with my account and was charged a fee when a pending check and a pending withdrawal hit right after the other. The manager Carole took the time to understand my point of view and the informed me ways to provent the issue. I was taken care of. I have been a member since 2012 and I am happy to continue using DCECU.
I have been a member for over 25 years and have had only first class treatment! Will never bank anywhere else!

It has been over a month and I have yet to receive my new credit card. I have called three times and have repeatedly been told to wait and it will come in the mail. I've lived at the same address for the last 6 months and I just receive my bill in the mail, so I know there is not a problem with my address. I do not understand how in 2017 it can take over a month to mail someone a new credit card, especially after repeatedly calling.
