Their ATM ate my debit card and they refused to return it. I have to pay $25 to get a new card expedited to me.

Staff is friendly and helpful but man, their mobile app is terrible! I have so many problems with it on a frequent basis. Very disappointing.

I stayed with DCECU after leaving the area because of their excellent member rewards & offers, but today I am truly thankful for their protection of my account from fradulent use of my debit/credit card. Best credit union ever. Friendly staff, old bank feel where treated how you should be. Premium banking and interest rebates that competitors can’t beat. Must be eligible to join , as a member. A+ Rated in my book .. 4 years as a member and going strong.
