I would not recommend this credit union.
The Dow credit union’s customer service is not what it used to be. I will be shopping for another financial institution.
If something isn't broke DON'T FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!! Namely the "new" online system - it SUCKS!!!!!!!!
do not like new online banking change too time consuming
Would have recommended the DCECU until the new banking on line platform. Very frustrating to navigate. We may have to switch banks.
Worst Credit Union Ever! I've been thru hell the last 3 months. I continued to pay the loan even though I wasn't responsible for it- trying to minimizethe loss for the credit union. Jeff LaLonde sent a repo guy to my home at 10:30-10:45 PM to repo the vehicle that was current and the vehicle that was impounded by the police. Then Jeff LaLonde tried to bully me, threatened me. RecommendedThey really know how to treat customers. Fee free ATM’s around town & County, rebate-able loans, competitive rates, friendly customer service agents that are willing to help. Overall have had a great experience with DCECU in personal and business dealings.
I love that they gave me a surprise rebate on my home loan interest in January. I have always been able to talk easily to the customer care people there. They have make me feel at total ease with my financial needs.
How everyone at the credit union is friendly and so helpful. Especially Jennifer who helps me so often.
