David came out yesterday to inspect an issue with my kitchen sink and returned today to replace both shutoff valves. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and got everything taken care of quickly. After the repair everything is working great. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend for any plumbing work.
I cannot comment on the quality of their work as I did not engage them beyond the quoting process. I was charged $45 just for the quote, which I found surprising in itself. The quote to replace a single tap on an exposed pipe in a maintenance cupboard came in at $785 — a job requiring approximately $20-$25 in parts and around 30 minutes of labour. I had a pretty decent experience with Dovis Plumbing. The plumber arrived on time and was professional, and he explained the issue in a way that was easy to understand. The repair was done efficiently, and everything has been working fine since the service.
Dovis Plumbing was fast and efficient. I was able to book same day appt at the last minute. Booking was quick and easy via their online system. Antonio followed up during their office hours to confirm my last minute appt request for Friday afternoon which is HARD to find.
