I read about Dovetail on eater, and decided to try it while I was in New York. I'm from New Orleans and I'm told that I'm a serious foodie. From the first martini, to the final course, I was in gastrique heaven!! The flavors, the presentation, Nick, my waiter, the bartender, there was passion from beginning to end. I wanted to put the whole place in my pocket and bring it home with me. The chef has a true gift with flavors, and each course was a work of art. Definitely Was my favorite place during the weekend!
