My husband and I drove down from nc for the release party for Gregg Allman's final album and stopped at Dovetail for a late dinner . I have to say everything was absolutely incredible! We had the cheese plate , it was amazing, the deviled eggs were even great , my husband had the sea bass and it was awesome, I had the scallops and they were amazing . Incredible, inspired menu complete with a knowledgeable, motivated staff. The Cracked Pie is the stuff of legends. Cannot recommend this place enough.
I am so glad there is a farm-to-table restaurant in Macon. The waiter was amazing and gave us lots of great info regarding the Macon Bakery bread and Georgia Olive oil - both of which were yummy. I highly recommend this place. All of our meals were delicious m, including desserts.
Get the cheese plate! Good beer selection. The steak and eggs was the best I've had.
Sea bass!! Perfectly prepared, incredibly tasty, and lovely ending to a tough week!
Second time we've been there for our anniversary. The service and the food are amazing!! It does not get in better in Macon ga. Love it love it love it!
