My apartment has flooded a total of 6 times in the two years I’ve been a resident and 3 times within the last two weeks. There are no repairs in sight and all that has happened is they simply come over and vacuum the water away. The carpet has yet to be replaced and management will not terminate the lease, fix the problem, nor provide any sort of compensation for the continued inconvenience. At this point it is unfathomable that anyone human could run this place the way that they do.
Brandi is absolutely amaizing and hands down one of the most professional,caring and nicest people ive had the honor to work with. Her and her staff are truly amaizing and have gone out of there on multiple occasions to assist me with anything I needed. The apartments and ammentities are phenomenal. I highly recommended these apartments to anyone interested in having a stress free beautiful luxurious apartment.

way over priced ,the outside was full of dog poop .they did not fix anything when i lived there because they said they wanted to remodel the apartment ,so live with the leaks all over

I had mixed feelings about the 5+ years I spent there. On the positive side, it was really nice to have two full bathrooms, I dishwasher, and our own washer and dryer. The view from my apt. (Which faced west) was unbeatable (beautiful sunsets and on the 4th we could see 4 cities fireworks off in the distance) from our balconies. The pool and fitness center are also decent. On the negative, for what you pay you would almost expect to be downtown, or better yet, have a house payment that is less per month than the rent. You pa... read more
Run away as fast as you can, just turn around and don't think about if....so many problems and so much money down the drain...problems all stem from poor management, and the Landlord not caring about the Tenant, bottom line. Leaving Labor Day weekend, thank God....
So far I love it and I am renewing my lease. It's nice and quiet and I love my remodeled apartment and having a washer and dryer in the unit! The pool and workout facility is awesome.
