So far I love it and I am renewing my lease. It's nice and quiet and I love my remodeled apartment and having a washer and dryer in the unit! The pool and workout facility is awesome.
We have all positive results with Dover Farms with the wonderful women in the office and the guys who have fixed the glitches in our apartment within a day or two when we've put our requests in. Everyone has gone above and beyond to make sure our stay is good. We are very happy we picked Dover Farms over the other choices we've looked at.
So glad we moved out I love my new place at Spruce run right down the street for dover dumps not worth the money and management sucks and dont go to royla oaks same management dont make the same mistake I did!
It's not what they want you to believe it is, you freeze in the winter because the windows are all single pane and leak terribly. The office staff is rude especially the newest manager, they had four different ones the year and a half we lived there. The picture you see is of a third floor apartment the was supposedly remodeled they use a half rate company from out of state to do the remodeling and they are horrible. Don't move in! The people above me are inconsiderate and loud. After talking to the office three times they will not do anything about there behaviors. I even confronted the tenants personally. If you want to live in a college dorm this is the perfect place for you. I am counting down the days to move out. I don't pay this much to be uncomfortable in my own apt home.
So far these are the best apartments I am living in . Everything is good except for the maintenance which is extremely annoying and very bad. :(
