This was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company, hands down. They showed up two hours late with no courtesy call or apology. The technician seemed completely untrained—he spent more time fumbling around and watching YouTube tutorials than actually working. I don’t know how this business is still operating. They are the most disorganized, disrespectful, and dishonest group of people I’ve encountered. They lied about their availability, overpromised and underdelivered, and then refused to refund me when they canceled the service on the day of the appointment. Their staff was rude on the phone, spoke over me repeatedly, and offered no solutions—only blame. This company is a disgrace to the industry and should be avoided at all costs.

I regret ever reaching out to this company. The technician was late, unprepared, and visibly annoyed when I asked questions. He seemed completely uninterested in doing the job correctly and rushed through it without explaining anything. I called back within two days because the issue wasn’t resolved, and they said it would be another full charge to come out again. What kind of company charges full price to fix their own mistakes? I feel robbed. Never again.

This company was nothing short of a nightmare. They came out for what should have been a simple job and ended up making everything worse. The technician didn’t bring the right tools, left the job halfway done, and promised to return the next day. That was three weeks ago. Since then, I’ve called over a dozen times and no one returns my messages. I finally demanded a refund and was told they don’t “handle refunds over the phone.” What kind of company operates like this? A scam, that’s what.

From start to finish, this was a frustrating experience. Scheduling was a mess, communication was virtually nonexistent, and no one seemed to know what was going on. When the technician finally arrived, he didn’t even have my order details. They completed the job in a rush, left major components undone, and disappeared without any kind of explanation or walk-through. When I tried to follow up, I was ignored for days.
