My dog was coughing and I took him to the ER at 8am. He had heart murmur and separation anxiety issues. Dr. Montgomerie told me it will take only a couple of hours to take the x-ray. I called them a few times to follow up and repeat myself about his separation anxiety issue. They kept telling me that he's on the waiting list and it will get done soon! Although they knew about his issues, they still kept him under stress for 6 hours! No one took my warnings seriously and my dog was confirmed dead from heart attack at 2:12pm!... read more

It was an incredibly frustrating experience in which doctor Gorman told me my dog had a cancerous tumor and was dying... only to learn hours later that she had bladder stones and ended up passing them on her own. It was eight and a half hours waiting in the parking lot thinking my dog was dying and being charged over $2,400 for a bladder infection! I am not the type of person to leave reviews but this was so bad I felt I wanted to warn others.
