I contracted with ACI to replace the shingles on my roof, Unfortunatly they must have taken on too much work as the crew they sent to do my roof appeared to have no experience and even less supervision. Before they even finished I complained about the lack of quality and my concerns were ignored . The quality of the roofing job was so bad people actually would stop and ask me who did it so they wouldn't hire the same company. They ignored BBB complaints and acted like they were untouchable.
