Really enjoyed working with Kim before and after my second baby was born! I had a prenatal consult with her because I had issues with my first baby related to insufficient milk supply and poor weight gain and hoped to avoid that this time around. This woman is a god send. I felt so frazzled and at a loss and I was a mess. I was misinformed from the hospital, my little one has a lip and tongue tie and is physically uncomfortable in her own body due to birth trauma. I was so unsure of myself and how to take care of my newborn. She was calm, professional, patient, caring, honest and open about the whole process. I had such a wonderful experience working with Kim! She was so helpful in answering all of my questions about breastfeeding and guided me through finding the perfect bottle for my son, who had been struggling to take one. She even measured how many ounces he was getting through breastfeeding, which gave me the confidence to know how much to put in his bottles of expressed milk.
