Doug answered our call at the last minute very early this Sunday morning. He was the quickest to answer my call and was so helpful during the entire process. Would recommend him to anyone!

Had them come over for an estimate. Like other companies, they were affected adversely by the pandemic. He had no qualms about sharing how much money he had lost. Had someone else who came highly recommended also provide an estimate that was $2000 less than Doug's. Felt truly taken advantage of. All of us have been affected adversely by the pandemic. Not enough to be gouged, however.
