Doug's Carpet & Upholstery Care provides excellent service both in their product and their customer relations. They came in to Weld Food Bank on a Friday afternoon and were done in a little under 2 hours with amazing results. November and December are our busiest months of the year with a huge increase in foot traffic. Our carpets take a beating during this time with dirt, snow, and other outside elements coming in and settling into the fibers. Levi was very helpful from phone call to completion. We had some pet odors that needed to be cleaned and he was very up front about what was and wasn't possible. That being said, the end result is better than I expected. Super customer service and quality work
Levi and Josh did a great job on our 12 year old carpet! They called prior to arriving to let me know when they would be here. Levi then went through each room with me and explained the process they would use. They spent more care and time on our carpet than any of the carpet cleaners we've had in the past! Both were also very personable, professional and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the job they did and would highly recommend them! I'll definitely be calling them again . . .
I read the reviews before I called for an appointment to have our carpet cleaned. The excellent reviews, some from people I knew, convinced me to request Doug's Carpet & Upholstery as well. They were right on time, did an excellent job for a reasonable price. We're happy to recommend them!
We had just bought our first home and the previous tenant had a dog. We are not pet owners and could not get the smell out of the carpet. Doug was very friendly when I spoke with him over the phone and did the walk through for the estimate. Levi was excellent when they showed up and were not only fast but efficient also. They guaranteed a 50-80% improvement and I think it is closer to the 80%. I could not be happier! They were very knowledgeable and had excellent customer service.
Arrived on time and completed the job an hour early! Super nice guys, quick, efficient and very friendly! Will call them again and recommend! Thank you!!
