I am so happy I found Doug and his business, Doug's Bugs, a number of years ago. Doug is the real deal, local (Pt. Loma), honest, sincere, and hard-working. He also hires "the good guys" to provide services, now that his business has grown. All of the guys on the team are friendly and chill, and they maintain my property when I'm here and when I'm not. I have every confidence in them and highly recommend their service!
Josh, from Dougs Pest control, came to my house today to help me protect my house from Subterranean termites. I discussed with him my concerns and needs for my property. Within 3 hours he had examined my property, discussed his plan of action to address the needs, installed the needed devices, filled them and gave me a tour and explaination as to his selection of locations and what I can expect from his company to maintain the termite barriers for the year. Very professional, articulate and friendly. 5 stars for sure!

Josh is awesome! He is eager to answer any questions I have and has extensive knowledge on many pests in the area. He is always punctual and respectful.
I did not actually get the pest service, but Kelli spoke to me several times at length and sent multiple emails to over 1 hour total educating me and putting me at ease. She helped me out bug time, I mean big time. She cared about the fix more than the sale.
