UPDATE: We've now had Doug's Bug Company service our home for 2 years. Josh was our usual technician, and he was awesome. We had to have a cat put down at the last minute, and they graciously rescheduled for us no problem. The service was consistently excellent throughout these two years, and each time they took the time and trouble to ask us what issues we had and let us know what they found.
