It took me awhile to get here..Mary Lou was outstanding as I knew she would be. She told me no pain no gain...what a frightening statement. LOL it was true I have better range of motion and was able to lift my arm higher this weekend and play my top keyboard!! Thanks Mary Lou, I will be back soon.

Yesterday I cried in pain, today I cried from joy! Mary Lou has been trying to get me to see her in two years and call me a chicken but from past experience I am deathly scared of deep massages. I asked to see her fingers to see what was on them, nothing! She has such a gentle and magical touch, she had to keep telling me to breathe because I kept waiting for the next touch to hurt. I don't know how I ever lived without these sessions! I have severe back, neck, and shoulder issues due to medical condition and previous major surgery. I suffer from neck pain as a result of whip lash caused by several car accidents years ago. I see a chiropractor once a month for maintenance and it does help BUT I woke up yesterday and knew it wasn't going to be a good day. The pain was the worse I've ever experienced and knew a trip to see Mary Lou was necessary. She only had one opening which I took. She worked on my neck and head for 30 minutes finding tender spots I didn't know I had. I felt better after I left but not 100% UNTIL I WOKE UP THIS MORNING!!! My neck today... read more
