I wish I could give 6 stars to rate Mary Lou Ross with her business and reputation. I recently booked an appointment and was treated the next day. I lift weights very regularly but unfortunately had developed a pain in the area of my left scapula that was interfering with any chest press type exercises. I am glad to say after my one hour session with Mary Lou performing both myofascial massage and a cupping technique I saw much improvement.
