I had my first session with Mary Lou yesterday and am so pleased that I found her. She told me that she was "different" and she meant it! Mary Lou made sure that she understood my needs and taught me some ways to relieve pain on my own. Mary Lou is an incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable practitioner, who really listens to her client's needs and goes to work to find whatever will relieve the issue at hand. I have had an ongoing hip pain related to overuse and muscular tension, and was using ibuprofen almost daily prior to initiating therapy with Mary Lou. I can now walk more upright, without a limp, and seldom have to open the ibuprofen bottle for pain relief or a comfortable night of sleep.
Mary Lou is incredible! My mom referred me to her. I had been in pain for days with pain under my scapula that went up my neck and down my arm. My range of motion was very limited and even the motion I could do was painful. After 45 minutes, my range of motion was back and the pain was gone. I had also had a headache when I arrived and it was gone when I left. I would recommend her to anyone who is suffering from chronic pain. She helped me a lot!
I saw Steve! He was great! I will be booking again soon, for more time. Can't wait!
