Dr. Stull did a shoulder replacement for me several years ago. Three days after a complete shoulder replacement, I had less pain than I had immediately before the surgery. I regained full range of motion. Incredible surgeon!
Dr. Douglass Stull is either unable or unwilling to perform his duties. He confirmed to his patient, my sister who suffers from aphasia ( I attend her appointments as her advocate and to help facilitate communication ), that she has an injury requiring surgery, but he would not perform the surgery on her. After suggesting over the counter pain medicine to manage her torn rotator he informed us he was also unwilling to do more for pain management. Dr. Stull operated on my 54 year old shoulder in 2019. I had two severed tendons and one tore. Recovery took well over a year but it is 99.999% now.
