My family has been going to Dr. Soderblom's practice for a very long time. He is very professional. The last few times I've found the staff extremely slow to engage even though the office might be empty of patients. I don't get it. However, staff is friendly once engaged. I also dislike having to set an appointment just to pick up my glasses-- I suppose they don't want a major crowd gathering; but it does make it difficult for me.
Always a great experience. My family has come here for a long time. Everyone is great.
I got frustrated experience at this optometry clinic. In the eye exam prescription, They made inaccurate measurements for my papillary distance and it resulted in inaccurate eye glasses.
I love the service and professionalism with the staff. Thank you for taking care of us all.
