As someone who’s been a renter for almost 15 years, at many different residential properties, I’ve never had an experience like I did with Douglas Residential. Rent here if you’d like to be unexpectedly charged ($1000+) for maintenance that is at the obligation of property management. Long story short, Home Depot caused a slow leak when removing the dishwasher(the day the lease began) and we were charged for the cleanup.
