Amazing attention to detail and customer service. Timmy and his crew showed exceptional knowledge and service. I struggled with having my truck off and on at a dealership for 6 weeks, after about an hour Jason at Douglas radiator had it diagnosed, parts ordered and fixed within a day. Awesome crew!!!!!
Douglas Radiator is so well loved in the community, and I'm relieved to have found them! Timmy (and all the staff I've ever spoken with) is a caring person, and looks cool in his mohawk. They are the best in working on diesel trucks (and other vehicles) and charge less than anyone else. Others have ripped me off but Douglas Radiator has always been fair and honest. No one does a better, faster, more honest job than Douglas Radiator and Auto Air. We have a bustling family of 5 drivers and it seems we are bugging these guys all the time. They handle us with patience, excellent service, and straightforward answers. The best!
They do what they say. Always a good experience.
David is the rudest business owner I've ever encountered. I understood he was booked solid till after the new year. But when I asked him if I could remove the small part and bring it to him, so he just tell me if he COULD fix, rather than waiting 3 weeks and then have him tell me he couldn't fix it, all he said was "NO". He wouldn't even look at it (a small part) so I could find out if it could be fixed. Of course he isn't the only radiator business in the area so he loses a customer.
