Addressed my medical concerns plus problems with their Medical Record Vendor lack of responsiveness.
I didn’t need to meet with Dr. Hartzler because Kristen was able to take care of my needs. Kristen is amazing. She is very personal and knowledgeable and I have complete confidence in her.
Dr. H seems to have it all... skill, communication, knowledge, flexible thinking, and compassion. I'm confident he will figure out a plan for my knee situation. All staff members have been exceptional as well. Very pleased, and more than happy to travel from Tucson for my knee treatment with Dr. Hartzler and his staff.
Have used Doctor Hartzler now for 4 surgeries. Two hip replacements One torn labrum repair, one shoulder replacement. Such a caring Doctor. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to filet me.
I have been seeing Dr Hartzler for years. He is honest and doesn’t push surgeries on you.
He looked over my chart, looked over my x-rays, and we discussed what the problem could be
Between the Dr.’s knowledge, bedside manner and the staff, including assistants, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Dr Hartzler has made my life better time and time again with 2 knee replacements and a hip replacement. All surgeries were amazing. The outcomes are fantastic and he and his staff are amazing people. Thank you for what you do!!!
