Doctor is okay, but staff is awful. I requested a prescription refill on 11/2 which I knew required to be picked up at his office, but his staff, Sabrina, called in the wrong medication to the pharmacy and lied about calling me about it. Stay away!!
The absolute slowest and most incompetent. It took us 10 hrs. to get in and two hrs. just to get a wheel chair to get out!
Dr. Hilal is like a friend, not just a doctor. I've been a patient of his for fifteen years and have always received the utmost care. He He remembers my history from memory and always discusses with me past and future treatment and options. Dr. Hilal consistently takes his time at each of my visits and has a sympathetic bedside manner! The office is always clean and the staff are friendly!
Outstanding Dr. Personable, compassionate, knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Guirl if you are needing a GI physician.
One of the worst procedure center I have ever experienced!! The staff are awful, they are rude, don’t return calls and unorganized! Discourteous and argumentative people with the least care for the patients!
My mom went was admitted in the Hosptial on Thursday thought she was going to be needing surgery she Fraction her Femur but the Orthopedics said no surgery just rehab so we waited on rehab center to come available well Monday the rehab came available so they we supposed to move her around 5:00 didn't get her moved until 9:00 Monday that being said the morning Nurses was great the shift changed they let my mom lay there wet and no Dinner no water that being said was unacceptable but she will never come back to a Ballard ce... read more

Awful, from the front triage staff, throughout ER experience. The only professional and caring employee was the gentleman that does the CT. Diagnosed with UTI, but not sure how they reached that conclusion when my urine was never tested. Think I will go to Baylor Downtown if need arises again.
