Dr. Kramer is always attentive and thorough. Never makes you feel like he is in a hurry! Takes time to explain everything that is going on with the diagnosis and treatment.
The care that I receive is always outstanding. Dr. Tietjen has the best bedside manners. He takes his time to explain procedures . He is very knowledgeable. He is very calm which helps my anxiety. His nurse is amazing as well and the front office staff have been wonderful. They return calls in a timely manner and are always eager to help in anyway they can.
