Dr Kramer has been very supportive and very knowledgeable about my recurring kidney stones. I had great lab results this time and I’m not sure who was happier! He’s great at treating kidney stones and understanding the challenges associated, but he also understands the physiology behind the production of kidney stones and has advised me accordingly. Dr. Tietjen is the most attentive, caring, proactive doctor I have. Healthcare in America has seen a decrease in physicians and staff providing care and services that go above and beyond one’s expectations. Not so with Dr. Tietjen and his employees. Truly a great office.

Saw him on 2/5/25. Totally impressed with Dr Tietjen and I don’t impress easily. He is how a doctor should be, one who understands that there is also “the art of medicine” . Engaging with relatability while still conveying what needs to be addressed. A rarity. He is present and listens allowing you to be at ease. Knowledgeable . GP’s should take some lessons! Bauch
