Dr. Mark Austenfeld and his Nurse Laura have always been very kind and helpful to me. They have helped me with many important medical issues. That help enabled me to recover from acute Sarcopenia and some other important urological conditions.
Dr Kramer in my opinion is one of the best Urologists in Kansas City MO area. His expertise in robotic surgery is a plus. He is the best in his field.
From the front office staff, the nurse, and Dr Tietjen, they were all caring, courteous and thorough. I would definitely recommend this provider to friends and family!
