Family member has been dealing with issues with this office. After the eye exam they did not give a hard copy of the prescription after being asked multiple times. Another review mentions this same issue. Office said they would text it which also took several days and a call to the office. When we went to purchase glasses at a store, we called the office to ask them to fax the prescription to the store which the employee was confused about and said they would need to ask the manager.
