First time patient. Called ahead to make an same day appointment and they got me right in. They emailed me the office paperwork work which I complete digitally. I didn’t have to sit in the waiting room. I was in and out of the first appointment in 30 minutes. They did ask that I get x-rays done before my next appointment. This was done at a near by facility and even though I have insurance they gave me a better rate than my deductible. The x-ray cost $25 dollars which seemed reasonable. First time i called I was put on hold and then eventually hung up on then I called back and actually spoke with somebody I was very rude and pushy and wanted to schedule me an appointment without checking my insurance to make sure I’m covered not a good first impression I’ll be doing my business elsewhere
